Endpoint Studies
#1: Seed suspension of orally administered at the dose of 200 mg/kg to pregnant rats, caused abortion of 57.14% foetuses. Where pregnancy was not interrupted, marked malformation in the newborns were seen. #2: Rats: The alterations observed in the weight gain, hematological values and biochemical blood analyses in the doses equivalent to 5 and 10 times the therapeutic doses revealed systemic toxicity, in a dose related manner.
