Compositions
#1: Ascaridol in aerial parts #2: d-camphor in essential oil of Dysphania chilensis #3: Plants grown in South Australia and N. S. W. were collected when close to maturity, cured by air-drying and steam distilled. The yield of oil was 0.3-0.5% of the fresh green wight of the whole plant . The contents of ascaridole in the oils obtained from Chenopodium ambrosoides (Linn.) var. anthelmiticum (Gray), grown under different conditions and determined with different methodologies, varied between 44.4 and 90%. #4: The ascaridol oil in the fruit is present 59-69% in the calyx and 31-41% in the pericarp #5: Ascaridole (0.7%) and benzaldehyde (0.1%) were detected in leaves #6: Ascaridol in essential oil
